Since 1984 I have been representing individuals and families in the litigation and resolution of family law disputes.  My practice is particularly focused on working with families of those serving in our armed forces.  Often times, unique issues face a military family contemplating divorce. My extensive experience working with military families allows me to educate my clients on how divorce will impact their military benefits such as pensions and survivor benefits.  My experience also allows me to anticipate and handle these unique circumstances.  In addition to the special implications for military families, divorce also presents issues such as child support, spousal maintenance, custody and visitation of the children, and the division of marital assets.  I work hard to ensure that the agreements into which my clients enter on these issues are realistic, while also ensuring that these agreements help my clients achieve their goals. 

As a retired Captain in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the Naval Reserve and an accomplished family law attorney, my clients know that I understand their situation and they have confidence that I will protect their interests and see that they are not taken advantage of.
